We seek out leaders in the industry - those who are moving testing forward, as well as those new to the career showing exceptional potential.You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, then own the recruitment process from beginning to end. We are expanding our team, which means there is a large focus on building our candidate pipeline and hiring exceptional new team members. Share What you'll do Responsibilities Proactive recruiting - Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging employee referrals, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipelineBuild and maintain a successful candidate pipeline across all of our Canadian officesWork alongside hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize your focusSelect and screen resumes, qualify applicants, conduct phone screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process, advising hiring managers, and assist with the final offer negotiation.Understand candidates' goals and aligning them to positions available within the organizationCreate strong relationships with candidates and internal team membersAttend networking events and virtual/in-person career fairs to meet new talent and promote PQATrack and manage all recruitment metrics and provide reports What you'll need Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high growth environment, filling multiple roles simultaneouslyExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to be comfortable with the unknown in a rapidly growing and changing environmentSelf-directed with a high sense of urgencyOutgoing and enthusiastic with a passion for connecting with people We're looking for Core Skills Interviewing Skills Recruiting Technical Recruiting Hiring Networking Pipelining A little bit about us PLATO Who We ArePLATO is a software testing and technology services company trusted by clients around the world.In addition to providing our clients the highest quality software testing services, PLATO is creating careers in technology for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people from coast to coast to coast through our innovative train-and-employ model.
