**What You'll Do**

Field Effect is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their growing People & Talent team The People & Talent team focuses on finding, engaging, and hiring the best talent for Field Effect. We operate in a progressive hiring environment where our focus is on proactive pipeline building, talent network management, recruitment marketing and supporting stakeholder communities from workforce planning all the way to onboarding.
- Act as a company ambassador by building a strong recruiter brand presence through social media
- Build meaningful partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, understand role requirements, and job qualifications
- Use a consultative approach to make recommendations and advise on market trends and talent insights
- Creatively source talent by leveraging job boards, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and networking with schools, association memberships, and events to develop a solid and diverse talent pipeline
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts (screen, shortlist, interview, offer negotiation) in alignment with our mission & values
- Document requisition activity updates in ATS, and report against recruitment metrics
- Use data and recruiting insights to communicate status and assess the effectiveness of recruiting activity
- Adhere to all provincial and federal regulations pertaining to document storage, storage of personal information

**Skills & experience we look for**:

- 3 - 5 years of RPO or in-house recruitment experience managing full cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles, specifically within the Software Development functions
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple deadlines
- Experience with direct sourcing (x-ray search/databases) and engaging talent using social media/online channels and recruitment tools
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships, including with key members of senior leadership
- Solution oriented mindset
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively provide timely communication at all levels of the organization
- Previous working experience and knowledge of recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems
