About the Role: As Pastry Chef at Cairn Group, you’ll bring creativity and precision to our kitchen—crafting high-quality desserts that delight our guests and elevate our menus. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and plated desserts, as well as contributing to wider kitchen operations when needed. You may also oversee junior kitchen team members and help maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workspace.
