Key Responsibilities Assist Journeyman Plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings.Learn and perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics under supervision.Help install and maintain gas lines and hydronic heating systems.Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and using protective gear.Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.Document work progress, including service records and time logs.Take initiative to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to advance your skills. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience is requiredEducation: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required with reliable transportation.Attributes: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
