**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings.
- Learn and perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics under supervision.
- Help install and maintain gas lines and hydronic heating systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and using protective gear.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.
- Document work progress, including service records and time logs.
- Take initiative to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to advance your skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:No prior experience required; plumbing or construction experience is a plus.
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Licenses**:Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- **Attributes**: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
