We value and encourage diversity, and we have the courage to do the right thing, even when it’s hard. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, reliable Plumber Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber to join our Calgary Manufacturing Plant. Reporting to the Lead hand, Plumber Apprentice is responsible for assisting in plumbing duties and also supports the installation of HVAC equipment in modular buildings/units from rough in to finishing.Job Responsibilities:Installation of plumbing in modular units from rough in to finishingInstallation of water pipes, drainages and fixturesRead blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network and drainage systemsTroubleshooting and testing of all plumbing fixtures and systems in the modular unitsFollow all safety proceduresOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications: Registered Plumber Apprentice/ Journeyman.Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to work safely with a wide variety of hand and power tools and materialsAbility to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time Capacity to lift heavy equipment and materials when required What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate and benefitsIndoor Manufacturing facility, Monday to Friday, Day shift Job, standard work hours that provide work life balance.A fun, dynamic, inclusive, and hardworking teamOnsite gym and reflection room.Continuous learning and growth opportunitiesWe thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
