Responsibilities Discuss repair requirements, open repair orders and ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and correctly Responsible for adhering to well established operating procedures Discuss repair requirements and answer inquiries from our customers Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders towards providing first class service Responsible to look up and order parts for repairs completed in the service area, as well as manage parts room in accordance to company protocols Gather warranty information for status reports, submit to suppliers, and maintain a systematic filing system for documentation Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of A High school diploma Excellent computer skills A minimum of 2 (two) years’ of experience as a Service Advisor Parts or Warranty experience considered an asset Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, paired with exceptional organizational skills
