Shermco Canada is seeking an External Training Manager. External Training Manager The External Training Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all external training programs for the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement external training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs Manage the delivery of external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication Ensure that all external training programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of external training programs and make recommendations for improvement Manage relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development Provide regular reports on the status of external training programs to internal stakeholders Requirements: Electrical background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
