About the Role Reporting to the On-Site Project Manager, the Site Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to a transmission and distribution project at the Highland Valley Copper Mine Life Extension (HVC MLE) site. The office location will be located at the HVC site in Logan Lake, BC. The site administrator will help with day-to-day tasks and will be essential in streamlining efficiencies of the team to ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely manner. This includes booking meetings, reconciling expense reports, receiving goods and compiling reports, working with subcontractors to resolve any site requirements, and coordinating with staff at the head office in Kamloops, BC. This is a Monday to Friday schedule, with hybrid work (occasional work from site.) As a Site Administrator at Graham, you will: Support site team with necessary tasks, including taking meeting minutes and organizing equipmentWork with site individuals to ensure proper maintenance of expenses and receipts, and create expense reports as requiredTrack goods received on site in ToolboxWork with Buyers to complete GR Report (weekly)Work closely with site team to discuss equipment rental and goods receivingForecast with site necessary additions to POWork with Buyers to post invoices Track fuel, hours, surveys, and testingComplete LEIs for ForemenReview overtime allocationsPerform quality checks (code against hours)Ensure proper allocation of files and equipment to ensure safety on-siteCarry out document administrative procedures, including filing of timecards and documents Qualifications/Experience: High school diploma required 2-3 years of relevant experience Good typing, filing, and general reception skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks well Strong customer service skills Strong awareness of health and safety standards Strong written, verbal, and communication skills Strong understanding of how to communicate or deal with different levels in the organization up to the executive level, and communicate positively and effectively with other administrative staff throughout the organization Ability to create presentations for the site team Proficiency with MS Office Suite, meeting room set up and technology, PowerPoint, and basic IT troubleshooting A valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel to site for duration of the Project is requiredThe Site Administrator will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and medical screening prior to work commencement Compensation and Benefits: Pay range: $50,000-$60,000Professional development opportunities Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
