If you come from the world of architecture or design and know structures and modular systems inside out, this is where your expertise will truly shine.What we offer:A key role in developing a rapidly growing division.A culture of genuine collaboration (here, we support each other rather than stepping on toes).A stimulating bilingual environment (French/English is mandatory to seamlessly navigate between local partners and international manufacturers).AdvantagesWhat We Offer:Competitive Base Salary of $70,000 to $90,000 with commission potential on architectural sales.Comprehensive Benefits Package (full coverage: health, dental, medication, etc.).Travel Expenses Covered (allowance for gas/Uber) and subsidized parking (or Opus subsidy) near the Square Victoria station.Flexible Work Hours (start between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM) and optional work-from-home Friday.Long-term career potential and advancement within a recognized SME in the business administration sector.Strong, non-competitive company culture centered on investing in its employees.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Act as the technical expert for architectural products (modular walls, structures, systems) for architects and designers.Manage the complete client order lifecycle, from quotation to invoicing, with meticulous precision and a business administration mindset.Prepare, manage, and update technical documentation (specifications, CAD drawings) for large-scale projects.Proactively coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and logistics to ensure the seamless execution of projects.Conduct regular visits to architecture/design firms and job sites (approximately 30% of the time) to ensure smooth follow-up.Maintain client files and internal systems up-to-date with impeccable attention to detail.Contribute to the growth of the architectural solutions department, under the supervision of the General Manager.Ensure proactive follow-ups to maintain smooth and timely deliveries.QualificationsQualifications and Requirements:Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the commercial furniture, architectural solutions, or commercial interior design industry.Technical Expertise: Mastery of technical concepts and modular systems (office structures, demountable walls). The ability to use CAD software is essential.Education: Degree in Architecture, Design, or a relevant technical field.
