As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development through cold-calling and supervised field walk-ins with very little post-sale account management. You can expect a highly structured, productive, sales-driven, start-up environment. Working closely with Business Account Managers and your leadership team, you will position City Wide's well defined UVP to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Successful Jr. Sales Executives will easily bring home over $100,000 in your first year and have very rapid career advancement opportunities. Priority will be given to those applicants that demonstrate a history of success in this kind of environment. The territory for this position will be GTA including Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughn, Woodbridge, etc. The ideal candidate will have easy access to these locations and our office at 427 and Burnamthorpe. Please do not apply if you are not geographically well positioned.In this position you will:Identify and qualify potential clients.Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.Conduct a minimum of 25 hours prospecting each week.Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information.Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM.Maintain an elevated rapport, communicating and behaving professionally so that you stand out to clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Undergo rigorous strategic sales training.Other duties as assigned by management.Requirements1+ years inside or outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside salesDemonstrated track record of success demonstrating promotability and 1-2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard.Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territoryProficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales dataPrior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred, but you will go through rigorous sales training here.Experience closing short-cycle B2B salesOutgoing, dynamic personalityCan-do attitude that loves to be challengedOrganized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to closeAn excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meetingDemonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teamsStrong MS OfficeCity Wide Facility Solutions is a Professional Sales and Management leader in the building maintenance industry serving the more than 100 locations across the US and Canada.
