Senior Customer Service – Plumbing Expert (Laval)Our client, a Canadian leader in the distribution of construction materials, is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service professional for its profit center located in Laval. This strategic role is ideal for a technical sales professional looking to transition into a role of influence and mentorship within a dynamic team. As a Senior Customer Service representative in Laval, you will be the pillar of the customer experience and the technical reference for your colleagues.Summary Description: Reporting to the Profit Center Manager, the Senior Customer Service specialist is responsible for opening the location at 6:00 AM and managing all requests from trade customers (contractors).
