Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create new purchase orders for standard and custom products, freight and other services.
- Manage purchase orders to complete them timely when product and services are received.
- Manage In-Bound/Out-Bound Customs Clearance.
- Approve AP invoices through Beanworks approval system.
- Review of Sales Orders to confirm inventory availability.
- Manage warehouse inventories to maintain proper stock levels according to the min/max parameters - replenishment process.
- Manage the storing process including the creation of bin locations.
- Coordinate product transfer between warehouses.
- Arrange outgoing/incoming logistics when required.
- Manage the shipping/return process of rental items.
- Perform product assembly and repairs under direction of the National Operations Manager.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as directed by the National Operations Manager.
- Operate forklifts to move product and/or materials within our facility.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, mechanical or industrial environment.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- ERP system experience is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Works well under pressure with the ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Comfortable working in ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in purchasing, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
