You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that complies with Canadian standards.You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a strategic project, work in a collaborative and flexible environment, and grow your expertise in HR technology within an organization that values innovation and employee experience. What you will accomplish with us: • Configure and test SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, LMS, etc.).• Participate in design workshops and system integration activities with payroll and other enterprise systems.• Ensure data quality and security in compliance with privacy laws.• Provide Tier-2 support and contribute to biannual release updates.• Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation.• Support training and change management initiatives to drive adoption.Compensation Information:Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annuallySupplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonusThe final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations. What You Bring to Our Team: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.• 2–5 years of HRIS experience, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.• Knowledge of Canadian HR and payroll practices.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Bilingual in French and English.Assets• SAP SuccessFactors certification.• Experience with payroll systems (Nethris, Dayforce, ADP).• Project management or change management certification (PMP, PROSCI).
