Join to apply for the HRIS Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors role at Master We are implementing SAP SuccessFactors and are looking for a passionate HRIS Analyst to support configuration, integration, and optimization of our new HR platform. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that complies with Canadian standards. What you will accomplish with us Configure and test SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, LMS, etc.). Participate in design workshops and system integration activities with payroll and other enterprise systems. Ensure data quality and security in compliance with privacy laws. Provide Tier‑2 support and contribute to biannual release updates. Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation. Support training and change management initiatives to drive adoption. Compensation Information Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations. What You Bring to Our Team Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of HRIS experience, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of Canadian HR and payroll practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bilingual in French and English. Assets Experience with payroll systems (Nethris, Dayforce, ADP).
