Job OverviewWe're looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role supporting regional business development teams, driving growth across our regional offices. Job Responsibilities As a member of the team, you’ll work cross-functionally to strengthen our national BD framework and enable long-term success. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Collaboration – Build strong relationships with leaders and regional teams, acting as a trusted liaison to align local actions with national goals. Sales Enablement – Support the design and rollout of sales playbooks, processes, and tools that enhance sales effectiveness, increase broker engagement, and support profitable growth. Performance Insights – Support the development and implementation of advanced Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards that streamline data analysis, enhance decision-making, and drive business performance. Enterprise Impact – Bring your business development expertise to large-scale corporate initiatives and strategic projects, helping to shape the future of the organization.
