Who are we looking for: We are seeking a Content Specialist to support our Implementation & Delivery team in enhancing the quality and performance of client websites. This role focuses on website navigation and content. In addition, the specialist will lead web content audits, contribute to content strategy, and implement on-page SEO best practices to ensure that client websites are optimized for search engines. Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of duties and will see you involved in: Develop sitemaps to structure and organize content for customer websites, enhancing user navigation and SEO performance Run public engagement activities to gather user input on website content and navigation, ensuring the site meets audience needs and expectations. Conduct content audits and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility, relevance, and search engine performance. Assist in creating client-facing documentation, guides, templates, and resources related to writing for the web best practices What you will bring to the Team: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying web navigation and content best practices, concepts, and actionable recommendations to a variety of stakeholders. Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage sitemap and public engagement requests and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience presenting to large groups and facilitating focus group activities both virtually and in-person Knowledge of web writing and accessibility best practices include WCAG 2.1 AA compliance Take on some of the world’s toughest challenges - with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way.
