**Marketing Content Specialist**
**Job Description**:
**What you will do**:
- Develops, implements and manages campaigns/programs to meet engagement objectives and insurance sales targets as per the business plan.
- Assists in the development, implementation and management of retention campaign strategies in order to meet insurance renewal targets as per the business plan.
- Develops and executes a content marketing plan/calendar supporting a variety of channels including e-newsletters, websites, social media, etc.
- Researches, writes, edits, produces, designs, manages production and oversees a variety of marketing communications material (including web, brochures, presentations, articles, video, graphics etc.) to ensure high-quality, error-free content that uses plain language, has relevant content and consistent voice/tone.
- Manages the distribution of various e-communications to customers and prospective customers of TWIS.
- Participates in developing campaigns and projects within allocated budgets and oversees expense allocations to support Marketing strategies and programs for TWIS.
- Deploys campaigns that achieve or exceed engagement targets within allocated budgets and oversees expense allocations to support marketing strategies and programs for TWIS.
- SEO - provide quality content that is highly optimized for search engines.
- Create testing plans to optimize performance of all channels.
- Assists in the development and management of campaign tracking and the communication of results to internal stakeholders.
- Optimizes and maximizes profitability of marketing programs (COA, ROI).
- Identifies and integrates emerging and alternative acquisition channels aimed at improving acquisition effectiveness.
- Manages regular reporting schedules for campaign results and facilitates post-campaign analysis for campaign initiative.
- Identifies the need for TWIS acquisition and retention research.
- Develops creative briefs to launch marketing campaigns and projects effectively and efficiently and assists in managing the design, production and communication of new and existing TWIS products and services.
**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring**:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing related role.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand management.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing techniques, best practices and associated regulations.
- Experience developing creative briefs, managing creative process with superior project and time management experience to deliver on campaigns and goals.
- Strong marketing/sales acumen, revenue and campaign forecasting.
- Intermediate analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in research and benchmarking techniques and understanding data.
- Knowledge of insurance products, industry and trends is considered an asset.
- The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, Canva and Adobe design programs is considered an asset.
