This is a field-based role with regular visits to the construction workface to support construction activities.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate activities between the CMT, engineering team, contractors, and operations to ensure construction work proceeds efficiently. Support CMT and contractor personnel in the use of digital/computer-based systems and mobile field devices. Log and track action items, maintain digital records, and provide general administrative support as required. Liaise with engineering personnel to obtain answers to RFIs and other technical queries. Conduct weekly reviews of construction schedules submitted by contractors and coordinate feedback from discipline superintendents. Validate claimed schedule progress with the CMT and contractors, raising discrepancies to the Construction Manager for resolution. Track, and in some cases calculate, construction productivity. Conduct site inspections as required to support safe and efficient construction activities.RequirementsPre-access substance testing completed. 8+ Years of experience in previous role. WHMIS certification. Ability to work on a 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation, 11-hour workdays. Strong communication skills for collaboration with the CMT, contractors, and engineering teams.BenefitsHealth and Dental Benefits. Company Pension Matching.
