What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you'll lead by:

  • Owning full-cycle delivery of residential construction projects from planning through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards.
  • Leading, coordinating, and mentoring Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, scopes, and budgets; identifying risks early and driving proactive solutions.
  • Serving as the central point of coordination between design, site, consultants, trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Driving efficient execution by improving processes, clarifying scopes, and ensuring strong handoffs between phases.
  • Leading client communication and reporting by providing clear, timely project updates, managing expectations, and addressing issues proactively.
  • Creating strong team momentum through clear leadership, consistent communication, and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Preferred : Residential construction experience (multi-family or modular experience considered a strong asset).
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive execution across complex builds.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and implement more efficient ways of working.
  • Valid driver's license, cell phone, and ability to travel to project sites is required.
