Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator I/ Benefits Administrator to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $21.97 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day processes in support of US benefits reimbursement programs.
- Review, validate and resolve member claim submissions.
- Point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, adjustments and audits.
- Initiate monthly funding requests to facilitate timely deposit of employee reimbursements.
- Respond to AskHR inquiries within a timely manner.
- Coordinate with outsourced benefits administration vendor to ensure member issues are addressed properly.
- Complete data reports to meet compliance requests and vendor processes.
- Support ad-hoc benefits projects as part of the Global Health and Wellbeing Team.
- Participate in testing of process improvements and new benefit implementations before launch.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Previous experience in Customer Service or Admin
- Experience utilizing data and researching issues
- Process management and relationship skills

- Ability to work in high volume environments with the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
