Qualifications Enrolled in: 4th year of TMU Undergraduate Program or Law SchoolOverall academic performance at B+ (3.3 GPA) or above.Must have completed course with B+ (3.3 GPA) or above grade level.Relevant Experience:Minimum Qualifications Required• Successfully completed tort and contract law;• Enrolled in Law School at an Undergraduate Program (with successful completion of Tort Law and Contract Law) or Graduate Program in Law• Overall academic performance at B+ and above; • Excellent legal writing and research skills;• Excellent oral communication (English) and interpersonal skills; • Excellent computer skills; • Previous evaluation of performance as an Assistant at the University (if applicable) preference for experience as a tutorial assistant in business law;**Positions will be considered based on information provided.
