Job DescriptionRepresent the brand professionally with a confident, warm, and solutions-driven approachConduct in-home or virtual consultations to complete detailed needs analysesDesign custom organizational solutions using CAD software (laptop/iPad provided)Deliver a consultative sales experience that focuses on win-win outcomesAttend monthly sales and skills-development meetingsMaintain consistent follow-up with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completionCultivate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationshipsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring:Experience or education in interior design or a strong ability to translate client needs into design driven sales solutionsProven success in sales or customer facing roles where relationship building and trust directly drive repeat and referral businessDemonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on closing and revenue growthConfidence in promoting and selling premium productsProficiency with basic computer programs; CAD experience is an assetCreativity paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on qualityAbility to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environmentA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetClass 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicleAdditional InformationCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, Monday-Friday with some evenings and occasional weekendsAbility to work in Edmonton showroom12 weeks of paid, on- the- job trainingBenefits after 3 months: Dental, extended health care and health spending accountCommission and bonus-based pay structureWhat we provide:At California Closets, we invest in your success:Flexible Schedule: Split schedule including some evenings, weekend and showroom shiftsTraining and Development: Extensive onboarding, 10 weeks of classroom training and on-going coachingCompetitive Pay: Commission- based structure, bonuses and allowances for fuel and cell phoneEmployee Perks: Employee discount programWhy Join Us?
