Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Services Division growth and success. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead and support the end-to-end development of proposal responses (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, SOQs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignmentManage pursuit documentation and facilitate proposal meetings, keeping contributors informed, aligned, and accountable for deliverablesWrite, edit, and maintain compelling proposal content such as executive summaries, project descriptions, and qualification materialsDesign and produce visually impactful proposals using MS Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other tools, while adhering to branding guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members, fostering a positive and inclusive proposal environmentCurate and update proposal assets and reusable content, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and ready for future use The Right Tools for the Job Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business preferredExperience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in proposal management.
