Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Services Division growth and success.

**Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site**
- **Lead and support the end-to-end development of proposal responses** (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, SOQs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment
- **Manage pursuit documentation and facilitate proposal meetings,** keeping contributors informed, aligned, and accountable for deliverables
- **Write, edit, and maintain compelling proposal content** such as executive summaries, project descriptions, and qualification materials
- **Design and produce visually impactful proposals** using MS Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other tools, while adhering to branding guidelines
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members,** fostering a positive and inclusive proposal environment
- **Curate and update proposal assets and reusable content,** ensuring information remains accurate, current, and ready for future use

**The Right Tools for the Job**
- **Education**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in proposal management. Experience with large-scale or multi-disciplinary proposal submissions is an asset
- **Software**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms
- **Certifications**: Completion of, or progress toward, APMP Certification preferred
