Reconciliation Analyst, Finance

Job DescriptionWhat is the OpportunityPerforms monthly reconciliations, in-depth investigations and supports resolution of issues impacting results. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.What will you do?Reconciliation day to day activities including a mix of investigations, problem solving, follow-ups, deadlines, support and reporting that requires the use of various different systems and human interactionsRecommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the quality of service we provideCollaborate with colleagues and leaders who support your development through learning and coaching opportunitiesProvides expertise on complex financial issuesProactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to successPrioritize activities and reports and adjust as needed so that important team objectives and client deadlines are metProvide guidance to resolve issues and update all documented proceduresUse new and existing tools to automate and recommend solutions for data ingestion, analytics and visualization to create efficiencies in the reconciliation preparation process to reduce lead timeDemonstrate flexibility to assume project work outside of the general reconciliation processCreate monthly and ad hoc statistic reportingPosting journal entries where necessaryWhat do you need to Succeed?Must haveBachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated ability to take the initiative to solve problems, curious mindset, take ownership and be accountableCommitted to get the job done, collaborative work ethic and win as a team style in a fast-paced environmentAn innovative thinker who is proactive, is well organized with attention to detail and cares about supporting everyonePassionate about continuous growth and learning.
