Job Description What is the Opportunity Performs monthly reconciliations, in-depth investigations and supports resolution of issues impacting results. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments. What will you do? Reconciliation day to day activities including a mix of investigations, problem solving, follow-ups, deadlines, support and reporting that requires the use of various different systems and human interactions Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the quality of service we provide Collaborate with colleagues and leaders who support your development through learning and coaching opportunities Provides expertise on complex financial issues Proactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to success Prioritize activities and reports and adjust as needed so that important team objectives and client deadlines are met Provide guidance to resolve issues and update all documented procedures Use new and existing tools to automate and recommend solutions for data ingestion, analytics and visualization to create efficiencies in the reconciliation preparation process to reduce lead time Demonstrate flexibility to assume project work outside of the general reconciliation process Create monthly and ad hoc statistic reporting Posting journal entries where necessary What do you need to Succeed? Must have Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to solve problems, curious mindset, take ownership and be accountable Committed to get the job done, collaborative work ethic and win as a team style in a fast-paced environment An innovative thinker who is proactive, is well organized with attention to detail and cares about supporting everyone Passionate about continuous growth and learning.
