Learn more at We offer a competitive salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00); a competitive bonus plan; mileage reimbursement; paid time off; participation in our benefits, RRSP, and life insurance programs; continuous learning; and so much more What You Will Do:Manage and support the operational strategy and vision of the EBlock Atlantic Canada team to include our four pillars - Inspections, Sales Resolution, Transportation, and Logistics Centers.Collaborate closely with the Director, Atlantic Canada Regional Sales and Director, Operations in the achievement of our regional goals.Develop and ensure execution of strategies and tactics to improve the customer experience within Inspections, Transportation, Logistic Centers, and Sales Resolution.Strategically negotiate beneficial partnerships with external vendors to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.Ensure adherence to EBlock operational policies and procedures.Ensure operational goals and objectives across the organization are achieved, including measuring and reporting KPIs in each operational pillar. Adhere to budgets while ensuring a high level of accuracy and accountability.Integrate and align strategies with talent, processes, IT systems, and other areas to increase capability and success.Identify talent and training opportunities to enhance and grow the operations team. What You Will Need:Bachelor’s Degree in business or a relevant field strongly preferred.5+ years in an operational capacity, preferably within the automotive industry, with exposure to one or more pillars: inspections, sales resolution, logistics centers, or transportation.5+ years of management experience required, preferably for groups of 10+ employees.Excellent technical and computer skills, including G-Suite, CRM, etc.Professional-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented.Ability to integrate with teams, engender trust, and leverage relationships to garner results.Ability to compile and analyze data, summarize key points, and make value-add recommendations backed by said data.Adept at developing and delivering presentations and training to large groups with a knowledgeable, charismatic approach.Comfortable with addressing performance issues and working closely with People & Culture team on all employee-related issues. The base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
