REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS As a member of the Sutherland Group team, we expect you to bring the following to the table: At least 3 years of Human Resources experience as well as Recruitment.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Suite.Experience using an HRIS would be an asset.Payroll experience is an asset.Experience with QuickBooks desktop software would be an asset.Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to plan and execute work effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Team player with a strong customer service attitude.Ability to use tact and good judgment in dealing with sensitive and complex issues.Motivated to work through new challenges, continuously learn, and grow.Eager to take initiative and ability to interact and coordinate work efforts with other departments.Adaptable to an ever-changing environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
