THE OPPORTUNITY Join FX as a Solutions Advisor to deliver client satisfaction and profitable growth by operationalizing and evolving FX’s cloud-managed services offering. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Service Offerings Development : Collaborate with the VP of Solutions Innovation and other stakeholders to define and refine the service offerings of our cloud managed services. Analyze customer requirements, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Client Engagement : Support Client Manager as technical point of contact for clients who require managed services for their infrastructure and operations. Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Work closely with clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions to address their specific goals. Solution Ownership : Orchestrate the design of comprehensive and scalable solutions that encompass cloud operations management, security, data centers, networks, and other relevant infrastructure services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and alignment of the different components. Transition solutions from sales cycles to the team delivering the managed services. Technical Leadership : Possess a broad understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, security, operational processes and related services. Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud computing, security practices, data center management, and networking protocols. Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to both internal teams and external clients. Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the organization. SOW Drafting:  Formalize proposals by owning the drafting of the client statement of work (SOW) and services description (including pricing, RACI, and commercial structure) in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders. Process Optimization : Collaborate with operations leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction and deliver cost reduction objectives. ABOUT YOU You have hands-on experience in delivering managed services offering, including cloud operations management, security, data centers, and networks. You have demonstrated experience in technical solution architecture, consulting, or a similar role within the cloud managed services domain. You have a strong knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure components. You have led in-depth meetings and workshops with internal or external clients across a broad range of topics, with high level of customer and stakeholder satisfaction. You have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions for customer. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You quickly understand organizational dynamics and management priorities, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. You have strong written communication skills and are equally adept at drafting slide presentations as you are at writing formal and structured business documents. You demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. You have a proven ability to maintain both a strategic long-term outlook and enterprise perspective, while also supporting tangible, business driven, and IT delivered solutions. You are fluent in both French and English.
