Come join us Executive Aviation is excited to announce that we are looking for a full-time Ramp Coordinator for our Saskatoon Below the Wing team. The successful candidates will help in providing around the clock leadership and coverage to our airline partners and team members. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges our Leads may be facing. You will be working closely with the Above the Wing team, GSE department as well as maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who has the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.This position reports to the General Manager.What do we offer? Executive Aviation is proud to have very progressive wage ranges with lots of earning potential. We want to see you grow and reach your goals The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRamp Organization– set up, manpower assignment, shift briefings, auxiliary equipment inventory management – standard definedSupporting airline operations through the safe movement of baggage and ground equipmentComplete proper training and maintain competency on all required equipmentComplete proper training and maintain competency on airline processesWork shifts as required and dictated by the airline flight schedulesBe able to work safely as a team and oversee safety: Incident response, audits: SMS TrainingAttendance management– day of shift coverage (schedule, contact list, parameters), coaching and documentation of attendance – emailOperations Communication– day of point of contact for airlines, airport and EA leadsWinter Operations- deice log oversightLead training support – Shadow shifts, push back, load planning (sheets and communication), flight organization, incident managementSpecialized Portfolio –To be determined based on needs of the teamBe able to adapt to a changing environmentBe able to work safely in all weather conditionsOther duties as assignedQualifications2-years’ aviation ground handling experience is preferred1-year management experience is preferredStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenMust be able to hold a valid RAIC or Security clearances for airside accessMust have on call availability
