**FBO Customer Service Representative**

We are currently scouting a member to join our team of Customer Service Representatives in Saskatoon. We are hiring for a full time position.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the first impression and point of contact for all clients and external vendors.

Daily coordination and processing various service transactions.

Organize arrivals and departures of FBO itinerant aircraft customers and provide check-in service for Kreos charters.

Work with a team of line technicians and ramp coordinators to dispatch fuel and movement requests.

Minor housekeeping, maintenance, and bookkeeping duties.

Qualifications:
Experience in aviation is an asset but not required.

Previous experience working with the public in a customer service setting.

High attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.

An ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Enjoy meeting and getting to know new people on a daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
