Drake International is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a client in the Toronto area. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our client's Technical Services team. What we offer: Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office per week or as required)Start Date: February 2 – July 31, 2026Schedule: Job Schedule – 36.25 hours/weekJob Type: Temporary (Contract)Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour What You’ll Do: Administer and oversee a case management system, ensuring files are processed accurately and within established timelinesCoordinate the intake, tracking, and documentation of case requests, decisions, and appealsEstablish, maintain, and safeguard comprehensive case files in compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and information-management requirementsMonitor case progress, follow up with technical and subject-matter experts, and ensure timely completion of reviews and decisionsAct as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information on processes, timelines, and case statusCoordinate the preparation and distribution of appeal materials and supporting documentationDraft professional correspondence, briefing notes, reports, and recommendations for management and senior leadershipContribute to operational planning, workflow improvements, and priority setting within the teamProvide backup administrative and coordination support to team members as requiredWhat We’re Looking For: Proven administrative coordination or case management experience, preferably in the public sectorStrong case management and project management skills, with the ability to track multiple files and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience working within regulated, compliance-driven, or quasi-judicial environments is an assetExcellent organizational, documentation, and records-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing professional correspondence and reportsAbility to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and external partnersKnowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and records-retention practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe)Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentIf this sounds like a fit for you, we invite you to apply today This position is immediately available. Since 1951, Drake International has been a global leader in integrated human capital solutions, delivering tailored services in recruitment, assessment and upskilling, operational efficiency, healthcare, and workplace wellbeing.
