**Full-Time Administrative Coordinator**

We’re looking for a **Full-Time Administrative Coordinator** (downtown Toronto location).

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating the daily operations of a busy real estate group of 3 individuals.

Duties include:

- Administrative functions (e.g. drafting offers & listings)
- Management of correspondence, databases and general logistics
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings & events
- Meeting home inspectors, photographers, stagers, movers
- Installing lockboxes and delivering packages/keys, etc.
- Client care with an emphasis on exceeding expectations
- Basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g. invoicing, tracking expenses)
- Personal executive assistant duties
- Social media posting/management
- Management and coordination of a part time administrator

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in administration and/or related field.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects to ensure accurate on-time delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ontario Driver’s license and car required.

**Salary**: $70,000.00/year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative assistant: 1-2 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel (daily throughout the Downtown Core of Toronto):

- 50-75% (preferred)

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Inputting receipts/general filing
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Meeting clients, photographers, stagers, painters, etc.

Work remotely:

- 40% of work is completed remotely (1 day per week)
- 60% of work is completed on the road or there is an expectation of working from our office.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Real Estate (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
