Digital Marketing Account manager

**Job description**

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Sprint Digital, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, responsible for providing exceptional service, managing accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and understanding their needs and goals.
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic advertising and marketing plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns, from concept to delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with regular reports and insights, making recommendations for optimization.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and challenges proactively, seeking creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with the latest insights and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in client service/account management within an advertising agency or marketing firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in advertising and marketing software and tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
