Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher. Dispatchers are responsible for: Dispatching crews to save the day when disasters hit. Understanding scope of work and skills needed on a job site. Scheduling work with property owners. Managing sub-trade schedules. Managing crew mix and on-call availability. What you bring: Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people. Unparalleled organizational skills. Conscientiousness, never leaving a task before it’s complete. Curiosity, you’re always asking questions and want to know the rest of the story. Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel and Teams familiarity is a must). Of Note *Salary estimates provided in this job posting cover all locations.
