Kelowna Mental Health and Substance Use OAT Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent full-time Medical Office Assistant to join their team at the Kelowna Community Health and Service Centre in Kelowna B.C. Hours of work are rotating days and evening from 08:00 – 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 10:00 – 18:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. This position supports the Opioid Agonist Treatment Clinic and Virtual Addictions Medicine (VAM) Clinic and provides multi-program coverage to these clinics; where you are supporting clients, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Virtual Nurse Prescribers and a variety of other clinicians.✅ What to Include with Your ApplicationPlease ensure your application includes:1. Typing Test – Minimum 40 wpm, completed within the last 24 months from a recognized institution. for testing details.2. Medical Office Assistant – Certificate or proof of course completion3. Education & Experience – Grade 12 plus two years’ recent related experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)4.
