**JOB TITLE: Medical Office Assistant in KELOWNA, BC**

HOURS: 40 hours per week

REPORTS TO: Office Manager and Operations Director

Tranq Sleep Care is growing We are looking to add 1 more Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

Tranq Sleep Care aims to provide excellent sleep care in the Kelowna, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Terrace, Dawson Creek, and Williams Lake BC Regions.

At Tranq Sleep Care, we provide comprehensive sleep services including clinical consultations as well as overnight sleep studies, with a dedication to superior and professional patient care.

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Medical Office Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Kelowna. As the face of our clinic, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support while dazzling our patients with you exceptional skills. If you are a multitasking maestro with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving skills, this is the perfect role for you
- Prior Medical Office Assistant experience an asset but is not essential.
- A tech-savvy attitude with proficiency in electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is error-free.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus.

Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30 PM-5:00 PM

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
