Dental Practice Manager – Victoria, BC.Start Date: ASAP.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. An established and highly respected dental practice in beautiful Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run, fast-paced clinic with 10 operatories, 3 dentists, and 7 RDHs. What We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years of dental clinic experience.Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.Experience with Tracker software (an asset). Compensation & Benefits:Wage: $40–$47/hour (based on experience).Extended health benefits.Dental care.Uniform allowance.Continuing education (CE) courses.$1,000 sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.Hire, train, and develop office staff to meet patient needs and uphold clinic standards.Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, while overseeing other HR functions.Collaborate with the Lead Dentist and Regional Director to develop and implement growth strategies.
