Location: Ancaster Meadow; 93 Kitty Murray Lane, Ancaster ON L8K 1S3 Total Weekly Hours:   13.75 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm-6:00pm Pay Rate (per Collective Agreement, includes wage grants): $20.93 per hour   Why Work with Us? Education Minimum Secondary School diploma or equivalent Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or similar course is an asset Certifications Standard First Aid with CPR level C Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check Proof of up-to-date immunizations (TB, Tetanus, MMR) Skills & Characteristics Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen? is an asset Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with children, families, and staff Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with equipment and devices A dedicated advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion Capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team   Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in supporting children, families, and staff where additional resources are needed.
