Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Training Professional with a strong technical background, proven expertise in mission systems, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service across various ISR platforms. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers operating complex mission systems and related technologies.With experience spanning aviation, operator training, and system integration, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer support through system configuration, fault diagnosis, acceptance testing support, and operator training.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support and TroubleshootingProvide expert-level technical support for mission systems across multiple platforms (fixed-wing and rotary).Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.Work closely with engineering teams, and system integrators to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.Customer Training and OnboardingDesign and deliver customer training programs for technical crew and operators, ensuring users are proficient in system operation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Develop tailored training packages for diverse client requirements, including coastguard, search and rescue, and law enforcement operators.Incorporate training feedback into training materials for future training delivery.System ConfigurationSupport the integration of AIMS-ISR, ensuring it meets customer operational requirements.Assist customers with system configuration to optimize mission effectiveness and enhance operational performance.Work with project teams to maintain awareness of new AIMS functionality and technologies.Required Skills and Experience:Technical Expertise:Proven experience as a Mission Management System Subject Matter Expert, including system architecture, configuration, and training delivery.Strong understanding of mission systems integration and aviation technology across both rotary and fixed-wing platforms.Training and Assessment Skills:Extensive experience designing and delivering crew training programs.Ability to develop tailored training solutions to increase customer’s operational competence.Communication and Customer Service:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Other Requirements:Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer operations.Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.What CarteNav offers you:Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlinesComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insuranceDefined Contribution Pension PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramPAL daysCarteNav is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that celebrates and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion whereby individuals are recognized, supported, and respected.
