This role plays a vital part in keeping projects on track, ensuring effective communication between clients, trades, and internal teams, and supporting Alair’s high standards of service. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Coordinate communications between clients, trades, suppliers, and team members. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders. Track project expenses, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure budget compliance. Support site operations by arranging deliveries, permits, and inspections as required. Maintain accurate records in our Client Control™ system and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Anticipate potential project challenges and escalate issues to Project Managers promptly. Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings and follow-ups. RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in a construction or project coordination role. Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation is an asset.
