The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B demand generation professional with a proven ability to drive measurable growth, execute high-impact campaigns, and continuously optimize marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on cmBuilder’s growth, shaping marketing automation, paid media, data-driven strategies, and RevOps processes. Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation: 🎯 Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, landing pages), with input on strategy to ensure alignment with business growth. Positioning and Messaging: 💡Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motions so campaigns drive measurable sales outcomes. Paid Media Management: 📢 Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, while advising on channel mix and performance improvements. Marketing Automation & Nurturing: 🔄 Implement and Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle campaigns that engage, score, and progress leads through the funnel. RevOps & Analytics: 📊 Implement and oversee funnel analytics, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution while managing CRM segmentation and data enrichment. Deliver reporting and insights to improve lead quality, targeting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
