Demand Generation Specialist

**About the Role**
This is a full-time role based in British Columbia. The Demand Gen Specialist is responsible for the lead generation activities, focused on data analysis, SEO, and campaign execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads from both new and existing customers.
- Manage all inbound lead acquisition activities and outbound demand generation initiatives, including SEO/PPC, display/re-targeting, and paid social media advertising.
- Research and assist with new and improved ways of generating leads
- Build marketing automation and nurture campaigns that connect various marketing mediums, including content, events, promotions, and more
- Create marketing briefs for promotions, product launches, and events that include channels timelines, and sequence of activities
- Monitor and measure all Marketing and Sales activities to demonstrate demand generations results
- Manage and maintain ClearDent and affiliated websites, including content management system, plug-in updates, and search optimization
- Maintain various marketing integrations in the Marketing technology stack, ensuring visibility and documentation in marketing workflow processes
- Maintain marketing databases and software tools
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
**Key Qualifications**
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, bonus points for working in a B2B software environment
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and web design
- Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, unafraid to learn new skills or best practices dependent on the project/campaign needs
- Experience with our Marketing tech stack (or similar tools):
- Marketing automation (we use HubSpot)
- Website CMS (we use WordPress & Elementor)
- Social media (we use HubSpot)
- Webinars (we use Zoom Webinar)
- PPC (we use Google AdWords & Meta Business Suite)
- CRM (we use Salesforce)
- Graphic design skills would be a big bonus
- Design software (we use Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier or AfterEffects)
