You will work to create accurate and concise client reporting and deliverables to enhance client retention and procuration.·Full-Time career working out of our Winnipeg head office location.What you will bring to the role – ·Ideally 2 - 5 years in the group insurance industry.·Knowledge of group benefits financial underwriting requirements for all types of employee benefits plans.·LLQP or willing to obtain.·Knowledge of Canadian Benefits Industry.·Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.·Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.·Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.·Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.·Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.Responsibilities – ·Collect and analyze plan data in preparation for client meetings, including claims history updates, annual rate renewals, ASO reconciliations, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc projects as required.·Conduct plan market reviews, including production of Request-For-Proposal package, analysis of insurer quotations, and preparation of the report for the client.·Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.·Managing of client information on internal databases and client management system including policy details, renewal dates, reporting requirements, broker details, commission details, documentation etc. ·Utilize partner software to generate Benchmarking Reports.·Communicate regularly with insurance carriers.·Manage monthly workflow and deliverables with various brokers, liaise with key project stakeholders to ensure adherence to specific timelines.·Develop client communication materials and other documents as required in coordination with HUB Communication & Design team.·Other projects and responsibilities as required by brokers and account managers.Why Join HUB?·An exceptional, welcoming, and inclusive company culture.·Excellent compensation, benefits, RRSP match, referral incentives, and company perks.·Work flexibility.·Paid educational training and vast learning opportunities.·Room for advancement and growth within the organization.·Paid day off for your birthday – we want to celebrate youWhat makes us different than all the rest? To be everywhere risk exists – today and tomorrow.
