**Salary**:$40,000 to $50,000 annually
**Additional Compensation**:

- Commission (once licensed, you will receive in-perpetuity/forever commission on the deals you close so long as you are employed by JRP)
- Bonus
- We pay for you to complete your Insurance License

**Hours**: **_4 Day work week_**, Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Thursday 8am to 5pm

**Work Arrangement**:Once you complete your probationary period (from our office in downtown Winnipeg), we will make remote work from home available to you

**Be Careful Choosing Who You Work With**:
At JRP, we don’t make promises of unrealistic commission payouts and earnings potential - these promises/earnings potentials are designed to be virtually unobtainable for most people. Why? Most sales models are not designed to see everyone succeed. Most sales environments are designed to allow for the top 5% to 10% of its chosen people to succeed, while it turns over and replaces the other 90% to 95%. Inevitably as the 90% to 95% turnover, their work goes to enrich the lives of the chosen few. Sounds like a great model that works to make a few rich, off the backs of the many. Unfortunately, it seems like most sales jobs are a dead end for employees.

**Don't be Fooled by Our Competition**:
Big does not mean better in our industry - our large competitors have found themselves too big to be effective (80%-90% of their clientele receive little to no customized advice/solutions - they just have too many clients and not enough skilled Advisors) and our small competitors continue to push **_products (not advice and ideas) _**at all costs as they unknowingly watch the world pass them by.
