**About the Opportunity**:
You are the architect and engineer of our analytical data and documents. Your role is integral to ensure that the experience and information provided to our clients is consistent and meaningful. Your work directly impacts our profitability and business/supplier relationships.
**WHAT you do**
Your role includes the following areas of responsibility:
- Request and run reports to gather data from insurers; review to ensure it is complete and accurate; provide analysis and/or prepare the data for advanced analysis
- Perform required analysis such as cost projections for annual group benefit rate renewals, plan design related analysis, and insurer proposals
- Building financial modelling to transition clients from fully-insured benefits offerings to self-funded or hybrid self-funded programs
- Review and provide analysis of financial agreements; checking for accuracy and to ensure provisions align with client practice and other related requirements
- Summarize data, analysis, key findings and recommendations in client ready format by working directly with team members to prepare these reports and presentations
- Writes and edits proposals for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone describing company capabilities and management approach
- Edits and proofreads proposal/reviews and other related materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, consistency with company guidelines and standards
- Collaborates with Corporate Leadership to develop proposal strategy, identify potential areas of improvement, solutions, and themes that support the win strategy
- Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
- Maintain files of all RFPs, RTQ’s, RFI’s and completed proposals and presentations
- Assist in special projects as required

**Educational Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education with a focus in Business/Commerce
