- PURPOSE
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track OTC process efficiency and compliance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on OTC performance and provide insights for management decision-making. Manage and maintain accurate SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data within the master data management system. Ensure adherence to SKU setup processes and guidelines.
- Supervise a team of Analysts responsible for SKU setup and maintenance, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular audits of SKU data to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Keep Weekly/Monthly Overdue and Bad Debt risk to the minimum and within agreed limits from Business.
- Collaborate with both Internal and External Stakeholders - Customers, Logistics, Revenue, GCC, etc. to reduce the cycle time from invoice generation to collection.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
