Job Posting: Remote Camp Labourer Location: Remote Fly-in Camp, Nunavut Rotation:  3 weeks on, 3 weeks off Background Checks: Drug & Alcohol screening and criminal record check will be conducted Position Overview: Tamatta Mining & Construction is recruiting for one of our esteemed clients seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for an immediate opening as a Remote Camp Labourer at a fly-in camp in the breathtaking region of Nunavut.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning environment while contributing to important projects in the mining and construction industry.

As a Remote Camp Labourer, you will be an integral part of our client's dynamic team, responsible for various site preparation and cleanup tasks.

Your role will involve supporting skilled trades, handling materials, and performing general labour duties essential for the smooth operation of the camp.

Primary Job Responsibilities: Site preparation and cleanup Snow shoveling and material handling Providing support for skilled trades Basic tool operations as needed General labour duties to ensure smooth operations Experience with skid steers is a plus Essential Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a general labourer in a remote camp setting, with previous experience at a mining site being advantageous.

High school diploma or GED completion is required.

Proficiency in understanding, reading, writing, and speaking basic English to maintain safety standards on site.

Working Conditions: 3 weeks of intensive work followed by 3 weeks off Remote camp environment with shared accommodations Arctic work conditions; must have appropriate Arctic work gear Potential for extreme weather conditions Must be adaptable and prepared for physical labour What We're Looking For: Previous remote camp experience is an asset Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Willingness to complete an online criminal record check and D&A testing If you're ready to make a difference and take on a rewarding role with Tamatta Mining & Construction, we want to hear from you
