About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Public Service Commission as the Director, Labour Relations and Negotiations.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of the government's labour relations strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic guidance on labour relations and negotiations.
  • Developing and implementing negotiation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with union representatives.

You will also be responsible for providing expert advice on labour relations matters and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in labour relations and negotiations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
